Researched and developed a new product for shopping mall analytics to aid in the company’s overall restructuring and change in targeted market segment
Spearheaded major changes and redesigns in the company’s internal portal to increase efficiency in data management and tally-checking, including gathering feedback and building new features

Appointment:
Data Operations Intern

Roles:

Head of data for the company’s Cashback product, in charge of designing and maintaining parsing rules for each outlet to maintain smooth flow of data and functioning of the cashback process
Initiated and led a project to develop an onboarding package for all new Data Operations members, building a full curriculum including practice materials and tests to teach relevant skills to newcomers before deployment to separate teams, including a full introduction guide for easy referencing to relevant and useful information
In charge of producing mid-monthly and monthly reports to each client to update them on their performance with our product

Appointment:
Commando Fighter
Corporal, 1st Commando Battalion, Singapore Army, Singapore Armed Forces

Roles:

Served as the main signal and radio specialist in a commando detachment for numerous training missions under intense pressure and physical stress, to ensure key information is efficiently and securely communicated between troops and the command team. Currently pending to serve in the same capacity as a NSMan.
Took charge of an inventory containing tens of thousands of dollars worth of military equipment to support the key mission requirements of an entire battalion, and personally worked with the key stakeholders and commanders of the unit to ensure crucial mission success under a time crunch.

Awards:

Certificate of Merit for being placed in the top 10% in the Commando Signal Operators Course from March to April 2019.
